Double room flat share in Little Venice

Please read thoroughly before you respond:

The flat:
Cosy, spacious and furnished double bedroom in three bed flat just a few yards from the canal and a five minute walk to Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo line) and a seven minute walk from Paddington (Elizabeth, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines). Very quick and easy access to the West End and the City.

No storage space for bikes inside or outside the flat or the bedroom.

The surrounding area has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and pubs overlooking the canal.

The flat comprises a large shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Expenses:
The rent is £850/month and deposit is £850. This rent includes water and council tax.
Bills: circa £80/month per person however this may vary.
We also share expenses of the house utilities between all of us

Flatmate preference:
Female professionals only. This flat is NOT suitable for students or recent graduates. You will need to provide employment references, landlord references and recent payslips as part of the application process.
You are respectful, trustworthy and chilled out.
We expect everyone to maintain all communal areas very clean at all times, so being clean and tidy must come naturally to you!
You are also very respectful about inviting guests over and limit this to once in a blue moon and for very short periods.

Current household:
The housemates are two professionals who often hang out together, so it would be nice to have someone who can socialise with us however, we also have our own social circles and respect each other’s privacy. We both work full time during the week and we’re around most evenings and weekends.

Availability:
The room is available from 1st October
