Flatmate needed - July move in date

Hi!

We're three laid back young professionals working in finance looking for a 4th housemate. The house is very sizeable and great price/quality for current housing market. 130m2. Three floors. First floor has large living room, a small outside area where we'll put a BBQ, a sizeable kitchen and guest bathroom

Second and third floors have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom each. All rooms are double beds, bathrooms are shared, naturally.

Super close to Paddington (less than 5 min walk), nice area, 10 min walk to hyde park.
