Sociable flat is looking for two lovely people

We’re a 5 bedroom flat with one available room to move in on the 15th of august and one in mid/late October. Exact date tbc. The first room is £900 and the smaller room is £600 (but does not have a window). Both are including bills.

The flat is located right next to paddington station. Supermarkets are all in walking distance and so is pure gym. We’ve got our local pub around the corner and lots of more nice pubs and restaurants in the area. Little venice and notting hill are also only a short walk away. The flat has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a huge living room, a kitchen and a large corridor with sports equipment.

We are looking for someone sociable to join us in our flat bonding. We love to watch stuff together eg. stranger things, google box and sometimes when we stay up too long we are forced to watch naked attraction (no judgement here). We like to cook together and go out and love to throw a good party 💃 We live right next to hyde park so we often go for walks or for a picnic/drinks there. We love to have fun but its also important to us to keep the flat clean and tidy.

You would be living with Andrea, a Spanish-German 27 year old actress who’s currently working in customer support for an events company, working from home half the week. In her spare time she loves to read , go to the movies, climb and would be surfing if she was back in her hometown of Barcelona.😎

Hannah is 25, originally from Germany and an event coordinator at a hotel. She is in the office every day but always down for something afterwards. She is big on sports. She plays tennis and has her own spikeball set and also is slightly obsessed with beerpong.😅

And Harry who is 27, from the UK and works as a quantity surveyor. He plays football and golf and makes the best vegetarian burger with wedges. Harry is always up for anything, as his catch-ok phrase suggests; ‘go on then’. 😁
