We are looking for a considerate single professional, non smoker. There will be a proper agreement with 6 months min stay , 1 month deposit and monthly rolling contract thereafter. The double room is freshly decorated . We include some photos of the lounge, terrace garden , kitchen. There are currently 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total . Current occupiers are professionals , non smokers and very considerate people. The bills are included as part of the service in the monthly rent £1000 ( share of the council tax, water, gas, TV licence, heating, complementary wifi). Tel is not included.
