Double room in social flat

I'm subletting my room from the 11.3 until the 1.5 but this might turn into a long term contract.

We’re a 5 bedroom flat and the room you would be renting is the biggest one. I will leave all furniture and also a TV that you are welcome to use. I have a lot of clothes so there is lots of storage for your things. Bills are 100£ a month. This includes a weekly cleaner.

The flat is located right next to Paddington station and Lancaster Gate station is also a 5 minute walk away. You basically have all the lines:
Elizabeth line
Central line
Bakerloo line
Circle line
District line
Hammersmith & City line

Supermarkets are all in walking distance and so is pure gym. We’ve got our local pub around the corner and lots of more nice pubs and restaurants in the area. Little venice and notting hill are also only a short walk away. The flat has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a huge living room, a kitchen and a large corridor with sports equipment.

We are a very social flat so we are looking for someone who wants to get involved. We love to watch stuff together eg. stranger things, google box and sometimes when we stay up too long we are forced to watch naked attraction (no judgement here). We like to cook together and go out and love to throw a good party 💃 We live right next to hyde park so we often go for walks or coffees over there. We dog sit our neigbours dog sometimes so you’ll get all the benefits of having a dog without any actual work. We love to have fun but its also important to us to keep the flat clean and tidy.

You would be living with Angel, Harry, Claire and Davide. Harry is from the Uk, Claire from Canada, Davide from Italy and Angel is from Mexico.
Davide loves to share his Italian heritage and cook for the flat and Claire is always down for a movie night. Harry's catch phrase is 'go on then' so you can always convince him to join you for something which is fab and Angel loves to go out and comes up with the best unexpected lines.
