Hi guys, i am moving out of this lovely flat and the room will be available from end of November.

This is a very bright and spacious ensuite room in a 3 bedroom flat. There is a big wardrobe with a lot of storage. It has its own ensuite with shower and a small balcony. There is a desk and a chair, ideal for the working from home set up.

The House - Westcliffe apartments is located within the new development of Merchant Square. The house itself comprises of a large reception room with a small balcony opening towards Merchant Square and the Paddington basin, contemporary open plan fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The flat benefits from concierge, air conditioning and a lift.

Current flatmates: You will be sharing with two lovely professional ladies (canadian and french), who are very sociable and friendly. We treat this flat as a home rather than a flat share and are looking for someone who would think the same.
We also have a cleaner coming on a weekly basis to ensure the flat is kept tidy at all times.

Location: The flat is located minutes away from Padddington station (elizabeth line, bakerloo, circle lines) as well as Edgeware road. There are plenty of amenities around including shops (waitrose, m&s, 24/7 tesco next door to the flat) restaurants, gyms (pure gym, nuffield, 1 rebel). The flat is 20 min walk from Notting hill and 15 min walk from Marylebone. There are two parks nearby - Hyde Park and Regent’s.
