Apartment: The apartment is a 2-bedroom flat, with 3 bathrooms, on the highest floor of the building, including dishwasher, washing machine, TV. Your room would have a double bed with a large lavatory (bath + shower), tons of wardrobe space. The office table on the picture is not included.
It is located in a very lovely area, right next to Paddington station, with a view onto a residential street, which makes super quiet during the day/night.
Transport: 3 min walk to Paddington station (District, Hammersmith and city, Circle, Bakerloo, and Elizabeth lines alongside the train station). Really nice neighbourhood, with access to Sainsbury’s (3min),
M&S (3min), and Waitrose (8min)
Myself: l am 28 and work in the city, working from home for only a couple of days now. I do enjoy spending time at home in the evenings, so would prefer someone I feel comfortable with to share the living space with.
l am looking for someone that I can get along with, that are sociable and tidy. Tidiness matters a lot, so really looking for mature, respectful and chilled flatmates that are fun to hang around with!
