Spacious Zone 1: wood floor, tall ceilings

A spacious double room in beautiful artsy home!

We are looking for another quiet and friendly long term flatmate, with a one year minimum stay.
This calm and lovely flat has 3 bedrooms in total.

The entire flat has double glazed windows, gorgeous tall ceilings, and wood floors throughout. You'll be sharing with me: a 40something mature Art History student (TeeJay) and Ahmed, a 28 year old Egyptian who works Mon to Fri 9-6pm. (He keeps v busy/ is seldom home) I’ve been living here for 15 years and whilst Ahmed moved in six months ago, he has just extended his contract for one more year. We’ve become good friends and enjoy “hosting” dinners in our rooms once a month for us all to gather as flatmates.
There are 3 rooms in total, but no living room/lounge area- just a rooftop and small kitchen as communal space. The building is elegant and ceilings and windows are super tall - pics/vids can’t do it justice you really must see the place. We love it here.

Room 1: Back Room

Please note: the price advertised is for single occupant, and would be re-negotiated if room is offered to a couple.

You climb up your ladder to your double loft bed (Ikea "Stora") with tall double wardrobe, sofa (fold-out sofabed) and desk. The loft bed with super tall ceilings in this flat make it almost feel like theres an "upstairs and downstairs" space. This room is in the back of the flat and quiet.

Electricity, Gas, Council Tax and Water included.

About me:
My friends call me "TeeJay" (TJ) and I have been living in London and in this flat for about 15 years now. I'd say I'm a messy creative who loves a very clean tidy flat. I enjoy connecting with friends and nature, painting, reading, and travelling. Because I'm personable, you might think I'm an extrovert- but I'm not. I need downtime and you are most likely to find me in the library or museum.

About you!
If you are studying or doing an internship it would be great to hear some specifics about your university, course, reasons for choosing it, the name of the company you work for, etc. If you are working please share information about what a typical day or week is like, the schedule, where is the office located, do you work from home, etc etc. What are your interests, do you have a partner/ boyfriend/girlfriend, do you play any musical instruments or sports?
