Looking for someone to take over my room until July, this could possibly be extended and would need to be discussed with the property management.

The room includes a brand new double bed (not displayed in photos), desk, double wardrobe, single wardrobe (not displayed in photos) and chest of drawers.
Large shared kitchen with good cupboard space, sofa and dining table. Shared separate toilet and shower. The building is on an estate close to the canal of Little Venice and has a fob entry system and a lift.

The flat itself is located about a 7 min walk from Warwick Avenue station (Bakerloo line), 10 min walk from Royal Oak station (Circle & Hammersmith and City) and 15 mins walk to Paddington station. Lots of busses only 1 min away. Flat is located in zone 2 but only 1 tube stop or short walk into zone 1.

Flat is shared with 3 other people (2 males and 1 female) who are friendly and respectful of space.

All bills included in the monthly price.
