The entire 1st floor boasts a huge open plan reception/dining room with abundant natural light and plenty of living space. The flat also has a terrace on the back, with a barbecue and some storage for bikes, and a balcony.

The closest tube stations are Paddington station (3mn walk - Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City, Circle, District, Bakerloo) and Lancaster gate (3mn walk - Central). There is also a boris bike stand around the corner.

The surrounding area is lively with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Edgware Road and Little Venice are a short walk away.

--The Flatmates

We are 5 young professionals (3 guys and 2 girls) with a great mix of nationalities (British, Dutch, Spanish, French), backgrounds, jobs and personalities! Some of us work from home from our rooms or in the living room.

We are looking for a mid/late-20s to early-30s professional female to take this room.
