The Flat is located in the luxurious Queen's Gardens, Paddington. This means you have a vast choice of transport such as Paddington station which is only a 6 min walk (Elizabeth line, District line, Circle Line and Bakerloo line). The Central line is only a 5 min walk away to Lancaster Gate.
The Bedroom is a large double room (5.1m x 1.9m) with its own large bathroom. The living room and kitchen would be shared with myself. The Council Tax is City of Westminster Band E.
I currently live in the flat and have good relations with the landlord which means I have been able to secure a good deal for the tenancy. The flat has undergone a full renovation last year with new furniture.
About me, I am 26 years old and moved to London 3 years ago from Scotland to work in financial services. I am very sociable, I love going for drinks/food. Equally I do like to chill and have a quiet weekend to recharge.
I would be looking for a male or female around my age that is currently working in professional services that is relatively clean and respectful.
