Room in Paddington/Lancaster Gate

About the flat: the room is in a beautiful flat located just minutes walking distance away from Paddington station and Lancaster Gate. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park access is less than a 5 minute walk away.. The room is fully furnished and has a big window overlooking the tree-lined street. The bed frame has drawers for extra storage but the room also has a dresser. I have turned a small storage room into a closet which will also be yours to use to hang up clothes and other necessities. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom of course. Our flat has a beautiful layout with high ceilings, big windows that allow a lot of natural light, and a terrace where you can enjoy the sun. About the flatmates: my flatmate is a very intelligent and kind PhD student who also works full-time on the side of her studies. She's quite busy and is usually out but will work from home sometimes as well. Her boyfriend, who recently quit his job and has been travelling for a bit of time, may be in and out of the flat as well depending on his schedule but he is extremely easy-going, friendly, and sociable. They are a very nice couple who are very social and amicable but will also respect your space.

About you: you're respectful of the common spaces, a good communicator, and are friendly. Your interactions with the flat and the flatmates can be completely on your terms. Whether you want a very nice friend group to go out and explore London with or if you'd prefer to be more reserved and want to maintain your privacy and distance, both are fine. Ideally you would get along with my flatmate and have fun living together but either way I'm sure you will enjoy living here, especially during these summer months when you can properly enjoy the terrace and the park.
