The room is available from July to September with the possibility to extend it, shared with one person only (me, current tenant). I am a professional (in the digital marketing industry) in my late 30s and keen to find someone respectful, tidy, easy going and a lovely person. Above all, I am looking for the right person who will treat this space as a home!
I will be away for the whole month of August so you will have the whole apartment by yourself.
The apartment is situated in a newly built development overlooking Canalside Walk, with secured entrance to the building and lift access. It has floor to ceiling windows in both the open plan living room and bedrooms allowing for maximum light to flood the apartment. The property further benefit a private balcony.
Superb transport links: 2 minutes walking from Paddington station which give you access to the National rail, Elizabeth Line, Bakerloo line, Circle and District line, Hammersmith and City line.
This space is ready for the right person to move into from 1st July 2024
