Super close to Paddington station. Room to rent in flat, with shared living room. Cool views of West London as we’re on the 6th floor. Perfect links to Elizabeth line, circle and Hammersmith and close to central (10min walk).
25 min walk to Imperial/ Royal College of Art Kensington.

Females only household. Professionals preferred but students also accepted.

Bills partially included, like heating (thank god). Other bills come up to about £90 per month depending on time of year- wifi, electricity, council tax, water.

There’s 3 rooms - two bedrooms and one living room. We can discuss what room you want as two are big and one is smaller but with perfect view. Plenty of natural light. The photos are kinda old, from before I moved in but pretty accurate. Can send a better video of the place if interested.

The payment for rent is in 6- month instalments. Might be a dealbreaker - first payment due on first month. Next one due in January. Paid direct to landlord.

The bedroom is kinda unfurnished but you can probably purchase from person flatmate if you need stuff - it’s all second hand so not expensive.
