Amazing en-suite room available near Hyde Park

Hello fellow flat hunters. My friend Michèle is leaving this amazing apartment heavy-hearted next month and is looking for someone to take over her beautiful en-suite room! Looking for someone to join between 21st August - 1st September.

Apartment:

We have a modern high spec 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor, situated 30 seconds walk from Paddington station in a beautiful and quiet Mews and 5 minutes walk to Lancaster Gate station and Hyde Park!

The apartment has plenty of light and has in each room dimming lights. The room is furnished, with a double-bed and a floor to ceiling large built-in wardrobe offering plenty of space and the en-suite comes with a big bathtub.

The apartment has a large open plan living space with a high spec kitchen incl. all of the mod-cons (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge & freezer, ultra fast internet, milk frother, sparkling water making thing, etc.) dinning section, couch closing off the movie area and over head ambient lighting.

The apartment has quality furnishing's and has a great centralised heating system, which can be controlled for every room independently in the flat (including the bathroom).

The building is well maintained with a cleaner for the common space. We also have a cleaner for the flat coming every other week.

The area is awesome, super central with loads around in West London to enjoy. We are also about a 20-25 minute walk from Notting Hill and Marylebone and apart from having Hyde Park almost on the door step you can walk up the Canal all the way up through Regents Park to Primrose Hill. It also has loads of amenities around you would expect living in Paddington. Its nice and quiet, but with enough going on to enjoy being local on the weekends, and our street itself feels rather private being on the mews.

ME:

Replacing Michèle, you would be living with me, Leonie, a 27 year old Management Consultant. I work in the City which takes me around 10 mins to get to Liverpool Street (love the Lizzy line)! I enjoy working hybrid, and share my weeks from the office and home.

We’d like to think we are just normal people who like to do normal people things. Michèle and I at the moment like to enjoy some nights in together as well as socializing with friends; dinners, brunches; doing classes or going on walks together; watching movies, travelling; cooking - you get the deal. But equally giving each other space and have our own things.
I am looking for someone who can become a good friend and have a catch-up with when coming home as well as a respectful and clean flatmate (you‘ve got some big shoes to fill here - but no pressure).
