Large apartment w gorge outdoor space, Pad station

Hello,
I (creative, profesional gay man originaly from Sweden) have a 92m2 apartment in Little Venice, just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, a spacious eat-in kitchen, a large reception room, and a lush outdoor patio with a lounge area. I have aimed to create a beautiful and calming indoor and outdoor oasis where you can rest and recharge after a long work day.
Despite its tranquility, the apartment is conveniently located near three tube stations, Paddington train station, and several bus lines.

I frequently travel for work and have only spent a total of 8 weeks in the apartment over the past year. Although I hope to be traveling less in the autumn, you will still have the apartment to yourself much of the time. When I am home, I value relaxation and downtime, so I may not always be the most social person, and I need my space to recharge after travel and intense work. However, due to my constant traveling since moving to London, I haven't been able to create much of a social circle, so I am open to occasional chats over a meal or going out for a glass of wine in Soho. I might even be up for hitting a club if you are up for it (and work allows)! While I enjoy my downtime, I assure you that I'm not a boring person.

This arrangement would be ideal for a neat and tidy professional with a busy work life who appreciates a calm home environment. You would have the freedom of a spacious apartment most of the time but also respect my need to enjoy it when I am home.
It could also be suitable for someone in need of a well-connected place to stay while commuting to London a few days per week. (From closing the door to entering the security line at Heathrow takes around 35-40 minutes)

Please note:
*Will update with new photos. These are taken at move in and before the patio was arranged. (Dog in pics doesnt live in the apartment)
* It's important to keep all shared spaces clean and tidy at all times.
* No couples/more than 1 person.
* A 3-month contract would be preferred as a start to make sure this arrangement suits both of us.
* A 1-month contract is available for a slightly higher fee.
