Single Room in Shared Home Near Paddington :)

Hi everyone!

We're looking for someone to join our lovely home! A bit of info about the place:

The room is small but cozy and comes with a single bed, a desk/chair, a set of drawers, and closet space (just outside the room).

You will be sharing the house with 5 other women, all around their mid 20s. We are looking for someone who wants to spend time with everyone else in the house but who appreciates their prviacy as well! Ideally also someone who is tidy and respectful of other people’s space

The flat is about a 5-10 minute walk to Paddington station, Edgware road station, and Lancaster gate station so great for traveling/commuting! Very close to Hyde Park, Paddington basin, lots of shops on Edgware road, etc.

Move in would be between August 22 and September 1.

Bills not included (usually no more than £50 per month but may be more depending on if you are not a student/exempt from paying council tax)

We have a lovely little cat in the flat as well!
