Hi everyone! Our flat is looking for a new woman to move into our place.
At the moment, we live here with 6 people, three guys and three girls. You will be replacing one of the girls hence we prefer a woman to join us. We are a diverse group of people with a great mix of nationalities (British, Dutch, Spanish, Canadian and French), backgrounds, jobs and personalities!

The flat is very spacious, has three bathrooms and is equipped with fibre internet and integrated appliances including two large fridge/freezer, an oven, large gas hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The entire 1st floor boasts a huge open-plan reception/dining room with abundant natural light and plenty of living space. The flat also has a terrace on the back, a barbecue, bike storage, and a separate balcony.

The closest tube stations are Paddington station (3mn walk - Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City, Circle, District, Bakerloo) and Lancaster gate (3mn walk - Central). There is also a Santander bike stand around the corner.

The surrounding area is lively with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Edgware Road and Little Venice are a short walk away.
