A prime location in London, 1 minute away from the gorgeous Little Venice and perfectly located with the Paddington station at 5 minutes walk from home. Paddington is the best connected station in central London, with several tubes line, Elizabeth line, national rail service and 24h buses.
I’ve been in this flat for more than two years and I couldn’t recommend a better location. Close to everything, nice restaurants and pubs, gym (the gym group), park, groceries (Aldi, MeS, Salisbury), and just walking distance from Notting Hill, Oxford street, Hyde and Regent’s Park.

You’ll share the flat with 2 other flatmates, a guy and a girl, both young professionals, very kind and easy going, with one shared kitchen and bathroom.
Washing machine/dryer available in the flat, and communal garden with nice little football pitch. You’ll room comes with an own balcony.

Looking for someone to take over the room asap as I’m moving out in the next few days.
