Double room in a beautiful & spacious flat with brilliant transport links – Paddington (~5 min walk) – Lancaster Gate (~2 min walk)

Hi everyone,
I am leaving my cosy bedroom in a 3-bed flat near Lancaster Gate station. It’s a beautiful, bright, second-floor apartment, with a huge living-room and homely kitchen.
The location is amazing with plenty of shops, restaurants, and only a 2 min walk from Hyde Park. Marylebone, Soho, Notting Hill are very close.

You’ll have two lovely female flatmates aged 26-29 who are clean, tidy and friendly. They work in finance and media. We’re looking for a clean and tidy professional, preferably a woman. Anyone French would be particularly welcome.

The flat is fully furnished, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and TV. The room is also furnished with a double bed, desk and cupboards. The street is quiet and windows are double-glazed. The bathroom is very clean and shared with one girl.

Rent is £1375 per month with a £1500 deposit. Bills are in total between £50 and £80 per month (covering electricity, gas, water and council tax).
The room is available from 1st January 2025 (flexible).
