Furnished double bedroom available in a 3-bed flat, 2mins away from Paddington station and 7mins away from Lancaster Gate station and Hyde Park.

Flat consists of:
- A spacious living room with two sofas, TV and a dining room table
- Kitchen equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and microwave
- Full bathroom with a big bathtub shared with one of the other tenants (male)
- Washing machine and dryer

The other tenants - one male and one female - are both Portuguese and professionals between the ages of 25 and 30. Ideally looking for someone within this age group.

£1100 pcm + approx £190 for the bills (water, electricity, internet and a cleaner that comes by once a week).
