I'm looking for a clean, reliable, and considerate flatmate to share my spacious and beautifully fully furnished/serviced 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Paddington.
The location is unbeatable – its a 1 min walk to the Elizabeth Line entrance. Plenty of local cafes, shops, and parks.
The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped, making it ideal for someone who values a peaceful, well-maintained home.
It is often used as an Air BnB and all reviews to date have given it a 5 star rating
I have a cleaner who comes in once a fortnight incl. changing all bedding (no extra charge for cleaner or bedding usage)
About the room:
- Fully-furnished double bedroom with own smart TV and double wardrobe and small vanity desk.
About the flat
- Bright and airy living room with comfy sofa, smart TV and study desk.
- Seperate dining room.
- Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)
- Cozy bathroom with full sized bathtub and shower
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Secure building with key remote access for parcel deliveries
What I’m Looking For:
- A professional (no students, sorry!)
- Someone who appreciates the convenience of the location but also values their own space
- You’ll ideally be working full-time (no remote workers more than 1 day a week, please)
- Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
- Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in the flat
- The flat is alcohol and pork-free, so a person who respects that is a must
- Someone who enjoys peace and quiet, as the flat is not suited to party-goers
Please note it is essential you can at least 2 references of previous landlords who I can contact.
Rent:
- £1500 per month
- All bills included (electricity, water, internet, council tax)
I would consider other arrangements on request (eg weekly rent, Mon-Fri only etc). Please contact me in these cases.
