Shared Spaces:
You’ll have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I work from home in the living room and kindly ask for mutual respect and quiet during working hours.
Occasionally, I host therapeutic massage sessions in my bedroom. These are very discreet, and your privacy is always respected—the hallway leads directly to my room, so there is no disruption to shared spaces.

– Valid photo identification (passport or national ID) and visa (if applicable), to verify right to rent in the UK
– A holding deposit to secure the room while documentation is reviewed and arrangements are finalised
Note: The current tenancy runs until 14 July 2026, and there may be a rent adjustment upon renewal. I’ll keep you informed well in advance.
