I am a live-in landlord looking for a flatmate for a spare bedroom in my flat. The bedroom contains a double bed, has two windows (east and south facing), a desk and a large mirrored wardrobe. We will share a bathroom (with one toilet), another separate toilet, kitchen and living/ dining room. The flat is on the top floor of the block and is quiet, airy and bright. The flat has excellent transport connections. It is located in the middle of Paddington, Royal Oak, Bayswater, Queensway and Lancaster Gate stations
I am a gay professional working mainly from home if I am in London, although I travel a lot. I like going to the gym and going out (mainly over the weekends).
