1 single bedroom at Paddington, literally 1 minute walk from Paddington station. Convenient commute by Elizabeth/Circle/District/Bakerloo lines. Extremely easy travel to Heathrwo airport by Elizabeth line. Grocery shops, Italian restaurants, coffee shops, KFC, McDonald's and even St. Mary's hospital are nearby. 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park. 25-minute commute if you walk to Imperial College.

The flat is all furnished and has a shared living room/kitchen and bathroom. All useful stuff like utensils, cleaning tools are provided. High quality cooking is feasible with fire not hobs. We also have an extra storage room with a fridge, washing and drying machine. Most satisfyingly, there will be weekly professional cleaning conducted by cleaning lady, and it's covered by flatmate, you don't need to pay for it.

The flatmate is a PhD student working at Imperial College. The Landlord prohibits keeping a pet and smoking in the flat. The broadband Wifi, water, gas and electricity have been set up, but we need to share the bills.
