Double Room in Paddington/ Little Venice

I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in Little Venice - Paddington!!

Here’s all the info:

- 🚊5 min walk to Royal Oak (Hammersmith City Line/ Circle line)
8 min walk to Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo line)
10min walk to Paddington station
- 🚣‍♂️The area is lovely in Little Venice. 15min walk to Notting Hill and really well connected.
- 🛏️ Room & flat are fully furnished. (Dishwasher, Washing machine)
- You’ll be sharing the flat with Simon, Mathieu and Abdi all 3 really nice, clean and chill. They work a lot so you’ll have the flat for yourself most of the time.

💸 Rent is £1070 including bills
Deposit: £1212
Available From June 22nd with a minimum stay until September (possibility to extend the contract for medium or long term)

Full time working professional (with probation period passed), if not, or Student, then able to provide an UK based Guarantor or pay rent upfront.
