Luxurious bedroom in mansion flat in Paddington

A spacious bedroom is available in our lovely flat-share in a Victorian Mansion near Little Venice Canal from October 1st.

The flat is located in Paddington, close to Little Venice Canal. 7 min walk to Paddington Station, and less than 10 min from Warwick Avenue and Edgware Road.

One English guy (that's me, Will), one French girl and one Spanish girl live in the flat. The landlord doesn't live here. We’re three professionals working in journalism, education, and consultancy. Some of us work from home some days of the week. We’re easy-going, we like to hang out together in the living room, and share moments as a group.

We are looking for someone between 25 and 35, who is clean, tidy and respectful. Our ideal flatmate likes to spend time with their flatmates as well as have some alone time and most importantly, and wants a place to call home.
The flat has four bedrooms and a high ceiling. There is a big kitchen with all appliances. The lounge is cosy, this is our favourite place to hang out. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, we also have a cleaner coming in once a week. The building is quiet, away from main roads.

The bedroom comprises one double bed, wardrobe, drawers, a desk and a chair.

Bills are excluded. They are approx. £150 per month (includes water, gas, internet, council tax, cleaner). There is a deposit (one month of rent).
