I am looking for a young female professional worker to join me in the 2 bed 2 bath located in Paddington. This flat is part of the affordable housing scheme of Westminster city therefore I am looking for someone that fulfills the below criteria:
Must not own any property in the UK or abroad
- Must earn a minimum of £38k but not more than £50k per annum (to meet the maximum income threshold)
- Must have lived or worked (or both), continuously, in Westminster, for the last 12 months.
- Must not have any ccj's or adverse credit history
The flat is newly refurbished and will be part furnished. Rent is £1300 excluding bills (approximately +£200 per person per month all bills included).
Very well located as it is minutes away from Paddington station and the local amenities of the canal.
