This is an absolutely spectacular property. My current flatemate has moved out recently as she is buying her own place. The flat is 10 min walk away from Paddington , 7 min from Bayswater, 8 min from Royal Oak and 10 min from Queensway underground station. Loads of amenities near the area. Waitrose, Sainsburys and Tesco are a stone’s throw away. Bus stop right in front of the property. The flat has a large living room and a spacious kitchen. You will have plenty of storage as the room has 2 wardrobes.

The bills come up to around £150-£170 per month per person depending on the season for electricity, gas, council tax and wifi. The water bill is included which is a great plus.

If you are an easy going and tidy person, we will get along. I work from home twice a week and I tend to have my own plans for the weekend. Occasionally, I would like to watch some Netflix and have wine nights.
