1 Bedroom Available from January (Paddington Area)

Hi, I am looking for a flatmate from January for the remaining 6 months of my current rental contract (can stay longer if we are a good fit :). This is a 2-bed 1 bath flat within walking distance to Edgware Road and Paddington stations. This flat is in council tax band D.

I am a pretty clean, quiet and laid back person. I work in office 4 days a week and from home 1 day a week. In my free time I enjoy doing sports, going on walks, seeing friends, or staying in and watching TV.

I am pretty flexible with the potential new flatmate, with the only ask being that they aren’t looking to host parties (small gatherings are fine!).
