You can walk to Paddington Station in 5 minutes, allowing seamless access to the Elizabeth Line, Heathrow Express, national rail services, and multiple tube lines connecting you across London.

You’ll share the flat with a lovely young professional who is fluent in English and Spanish - warm, respectful, and very easy to live with.

The flat is available for immediate move-in with a tentative end date in mid-February (3 months from now). However, at the start of 2026, I might be able to approve an extension until end of June.
