Hello, I’m looking to sublet my double room in a beautiful flat located in Paddington, just a two-minute walk from Paddington Station and a five-minute walk from Lancaster Gate station and Hyde Park. The flat is on the first floor of a charming terraced house.

You’ll be sharing with my flatmate, a professional male in his 30s. The flat is fully furnished and features a well-equipped kitchen and a large, beautifully decorated living room. You’ll be sharing the living areas and the bathroom with the other flatmate. Please note there is limited storage space.

Bills are included in the rent, and a deposit of five weeks is required. This would be perfect if you’re looking for short-term accommodation in a central London location. The area is fantastic, with access to excellent local amenities. You’ll also be within a 30-minute walk or less than a 10-minute cycle from Notting Hill and Holland Park.
