Rooms available in Mews house- Paddington

Two rooms available in a lovely mews house just a three-minute walk from Paddington station. Hyde Park is just a 6-minute walk away. I am looking for two housemates, preferably young professionals to join me in this house.

With reference to the floor plan, the garage is currently undergoing renovations to become a permanent bedroom, which will have its own bathroom on the same floor. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has its own balcony with access to a shared main bathroom on the same floor. The main living area is an open plan kitchen and living area which has a great atmosphere day and night with lots of natural light coming in. I am a young legal professional who loves drinking, socialising and dinners out, but also a good balance of nights in. Looking for young professionals or post-grad students, male or female, who are easygoing and would like to share this amazing mews house with me.
