Big room with a balcony in a big gated mews house

Hi, my room will be available from 15th June onwards. Currently, we have 2 girls living in the house, both working in finance. We have a rolling contract with a super chill landlord. The house is very big with a big living room, 3 bathrooms, a backyard and is in a gated Mews with friendly neighbours. We get a cleaner once a month or so to clean the whole house, and we also have a dishwasher and a tumble dryer.
