Double room in a 3-bed mews house (Hyde Park)

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my room in a lovely house in Paddington. The room is available from the 27th of September, sadly this is the earliest availability.

The house is split over two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (the one in the photos is the one will be renting), and a shared bathroom. You will be sharing the bathroom with a lovely girl who is very considerate and clean. She has a corporate job with a hybrid schedule, so she is normally in the office 2-3 days a week. Upstairs, there is the third bedroom and a private bathroom, plus a large living room with open plan kitchen.

The location is super convenient as the house is on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes from Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, and around a 15–20 minute walk to Marble Arch and Bond Street.

The house is pet-friendly and managed by a very responsive agency who is quick to sort out any issues.

Most importantly you’ll be sharing with two girls in their early 30s. Both have busy work schedules and active social lives, so the house is generally calm and independent, but they’re also friendly and happy to chat or spend time together at home. Important to note, this isn’t a party house.
