Looking for two new flatmates to join me in our lovely 3-bed flat in Paddington, as my current flatmates are buying a house together.

Location: 5 mins from Lancaster Gate & Paddington stations, and right next to Hyde Park. Really well connected to the rest of London and ideal if you like running/walking!

The flat: Large living room and kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, plus a balcony which is great for morning coffees and summer BBQs. Both rooms have double beds and plenty of space, with one room also having an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower.

Bills: Average around £120 pcm per person. Council tax is Band E.

A bit about me:

I’m friendly, easy-going and looking flatmates who want to be friends rather than just live in the same house. I'm veggie and I used to cook together with my old housemate so would enjoy doing that again. I always up for watching films, going to the pub and doing things together, but equally I’m someone who really appreciates having my own space and quiet time.

I am a frequent runner, occasionally cyclist/swimmer and always enjoy having a training buddy. Having Hyde Park on the doorstep is a massive bonus for this.

Just to mention as well that I have a boyfriend who lives in London but doesn’t live with me, so he’ll occasionally come over, but this definitely won't feel like a couple's flat!

Ideally looking for friendly, clean and considerate people who are up for being sociable from time to time but also understand that everyone needs their own space.
