Huge Double Room In Central London

Spacious double room in Little Venice.
Double bed, biggest window in the world, 1 double wardrobe, a chair, chest of drawers, bedside table... it's literally like your own little apartment. You won't want to leave... literally.
It's really (or I aim it to be) a home away from home. I would ideally prefer to share this beautiful home with someone for at least 3 months due to my professional engagements but I am completely open and free to discuss it when we get to know each other.

The flat is located 3 min away from Royal Oak Tube station, 6 min walking distance from Paddington, 4 min from Warwick Avenue Tube station, right in the heart of Little Venice with many shops and restaurants around, a great gym, various means of transport. In a very quiet and safe street.

I consider myself to be a very clean and neat person therefore it is essential for me to find a a flatmate who appreciates order and hygiene. As I am not able to clean after anyone, i have a trustful person coming to maintain the flat clean and she is usually coming once a week for 2h, which means you will have to split this cost with me, therefore to pay 14£ a week for her service.
