Double En Suite Room, Paddington

Hello! I have a spare room in my beautiful flat in Paddington which is available asap. Super accessible for all areas across London, serviced by Bakerloo, Central, District & Hammersmith & City lines. I currently live here and work from home, my partner also lives here but is primarily office based during the week.

My flat is in a fully serviced block just off the canal - we have 24 hour concierge which is really useful for deliveries & additional security. The room has its own bathroom & obviously full use of the shared lounge. I also have a cleaner every other week which is included the cost.

I'm a bit of a health nut, don't drink a huge amount but do like the odd glass of wine, and am pretty active. I'm an early rise and love to be productive through the day. I'm really into psychology and LOVE a deep conversation - I'm the person people always come to when they are wanting to dig into something for themselves.

I love to be sociable with my housemates but also to have space for myself - watch something together and then potter off to bed early so I can get up early. If you're looking for a ravey house this probably isn't for you but if you want a space that feels like a home and you can really settle into and have a peaceful time- that's me!
