Double room available for weekday rental

I am looking for someone who is kind, respectable, professional and a non-smoker to share my flat on a weekday only rental basis. I live in a ground floor flat on borders of Winchmore Hill and Palmers Green, London N13/N21. Road parking is free. I am a professional who works full time in Central London but mainly working from home now. I am an outgoing but private person myself so your own privacy will be respected. I do have cats but they will not have access to your room.
