We are 3 friendly ladies looking for someone sociable and tidy to take up the spare room. The room is bright and spacious, with a personal sink.

There is a shared bathroom with spare toilet. The kitchen/dining room is spacious with loads of storage, and perfect for a night of cooking and a catch up over a glass (or bottle 😉) of wine.

The flat is in Palmers Green, just a 5 minute walk to Palmers Green station (national rail), or a short bus ride to Wood Green station (Piccadilly line). There is good access to the local highstreet for those late night chocolate cravings!

The rent is £400 a month and the bills add up to about £100 each per month.
