Room to rent 1 minute from Palmers Green station

Room for single occupancy in Palmers Green, very close to the station/high street/Broomfield park. Room comes with a bathroom for exclusive use of the new flatmate (we all have our own) and all bills included. Small but functional kitchen, washing machine etc.

Smokers welcome, though we do not smoke indoors, there is a balcony.

Our current flatmate is in the process of moving out so she still has stuff here, but viewing shouldn't be a problem most evenings (with adequate notice). Room is basically available now!

Our flat is very quiet and laid back, we generally keep ourselves to ourselves.
All we ask of our potential flatmate is to respect the space. We aren't a party flat, no late night visitors etc. We are all professionals and have to be up early most mornings!
