Beautiful spot in Palmer Green

Double room with own bathroom available. Super sunny and spacious room, gets all the sun, comes with brand new bed and drawers.
You’ll be living with me (gay, chilled, food lover/ trying to dig my way out of the pandemic Netflix hole!)and my Frenchie Quincy.

I have friends round for food and Sunday roasts are a thing, so happy to have a housemate who wants to hang, invite people/partners over but also respectful of being busy at work and good with just disappearing into respective rooms and having space.
Would suit a chill person, generally tidy, doesn’t mind having a super friendly quiet, well trained dog about the place.

There is a HUGE loft room as well with en-suite which I currently have but happy to swap if someone wants the mega space (£900) it’s basically a whole flat inside a flat!

Loads of shops close by, Sainsbury’s a 2 minute walk, all the shops and cafes a ten minute walk down the high street. 10-15 minute walk to PG station which links to Finsbury Park/Highbury &Islington/Old Street, bus at the end of the road takes you straight to Wood Green for Piccadilly line.
