Looking for a quiet, clean housemate to take my en suite loft conversion in Palmer’s Green for 1-2 months ish.
All brand new and would ideally suit someone who is quiet and will share in a family house.
Will be sharing with myself and my exceptionally well-behaved youngster.
All bills included, including wi-fi, council tax etc
I’m pretty laid back and looking for someone quiet and trust worthy and because there is a child in the house references will be required.
Due to it being a family home I have a strict no guest policy which is reflected in the price
