Double room with en-suite and garden

Hi! We are a friendly, chilled couple seeking a new room mate to move in late September. We have been renting the apartment for 2 years with a friend who is sadly leaving. The room available is large, furnished and has lots of storage space. There are two bathrooms in the apartment so the room will come with your own ensuite bathroom (not attached to room). We have a great communal space with a sizeable garden at the back of the flat. We also have a cabin which we currently use as a workshop to build guitars! We would like a professional flat mate who is also chilled out, fun and friendly. We would need someone that is able to sign a years contract alongside us and can pay 1 month’s deposit. Bills not included. Council tax band D. Looking forward to meeting you!
