My room is in a two bed apartment situated in a lovely area palmers green with great coffee shops and restaurants, gym, salons, grocery shops, all amenities, etc and only a 7 minute walk from Palmers Green station or 20 minutes from either Wood Green or Bounds Green underground which will take you on the underground into the heart of the city straight to Piccadilly, Leicester Square, Covent Garden. The room is spacious and bright and boasts its own private balcony which can be accessed from your room privately or the living room. You would also have your own private bathroom as the apartment has two bathrooms, one for you and the other I use. You would be living with myself, a 30 year old professional working in Mayfair, the train is direct to the city and takes me only 30 minutes door to door, so it really is the perfect place! My house is a very clean place as you can see. I also have an English bulldog that is a sweetheart (8 years old) and a real friend and happy face to see you when you return home. The deposit is the first months rent (you get this back when you leave) and the first month’s rent required upfront.
