Cosy room for females/veggie only

Hello,

We’re 3 females flatmates and we’re looking for the 4th one to join our quirky, fun, quiet, chill and good vibes house.

The room floor is carpeted and is letting a lot of light in. There is a queen sized bed, a chest of drawers and a spare wardrobe that can be added.

Close to your room there is another room that used to be communal but it was transformed in a storage place, were we keep the things we don’t want in our rooms, a place for drying clothes etc so if you have a lot of stuff additional storage is great and you don’t have to dry your washing in your room which saves a lot space.

We usually hang out in the kitchen is our favourite place from the house, plenty of place for all of us to cook, a lot of storage, 2 fridges and good energy, really ✨
We don’t always all hang out together because busy lives. It’s an independent and social house at the same time, we respect each other’s boundaries but if it happens to be all in th kitchen we always have a laugh.

Is a really chill area and quiet. 5 minutes away from a beautiful Broomfield Park as animal lovers is perfect escape from the busy London to go for runs and relax for a picnic or feed the ducks. Is really worth checking out. 4min away from bus stop and 5 min away from train station, perfect location if you’re always late if you run you can be at the train station in 2 min😂

Vegan cafe Genesis is 5 min away.
Shops Morrisons and small independent shops 5-6minutes away.
We need to find someone asap. Possibly in the future a bigger room might be available too. ✌️
The house needs to seen to be fully appreciated.
