Room in Palmers Green, 5 min walk from station

Hi ladies! I am looking for somebody to take over my room ASAP in Palmers Green, N13. The rent is 535 per month, and bills are around 100 pounds usually. It's a really beautiful and spacious room. The flat is gorgeous with high ceilings, thick walls, and a gorgeous skylight in the hall which makes it super bright. The trainstation is a 5 minute walk away and takes you into central within 30 minutes. We live on a high street so you have all the shops you need within a few mins walking distance.
You'll be living with Poppy, Niki, and Sarah, three creative girls in their mid to late twenties from England, Greece, and Scotland. I am on the contract until the 10th of October, so for this period it will be a sublet, but in October you can take over my contract which runs for 6 months at a time and can always be renewed. Our landlord is also amazing and fixes most things literally on the day.
