Greta and I (James) are a couple of friends looking for a 3rd person to stay in the final room of a house in Palmers Green for £650 with bills included.
The home itself is a warm, friendly place with an apple tree and local green parakeets in the garden. We are looking for someone who is friendly to live with and generally clean.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and would rather have a house that feels the same way about people being able to do what they want with their own lives.
There is a live-in landlord who is friendly and approachable about this and also on here looking to fill the room.
