I work in London in M&A.

We have a master bedroom available in a 3 bedroom terraced house in a quiet neighborhood in Palmers Green. January 3 start.

Males only, and for a professional. No couples, pets or smokers please.

There is plenty of free street parking on the road outside the house.

Total monthly rent of £825 includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, and internet). You would only have to pay for TV and Netflix. There is also a shared kitchen including (toaster, kettle, air fryer, stove/oven, washing machine and brand new dish washer).

You would be provided for your own use fridge/freezer, mini-fridge, microwave and kettle. Shared bathroom with only two others.

We have a nice garden with a deck which can be utilised in summer weather.

The room is fully furnished so suitable for someone that does not have furniture.

A cleaner will be provided once a week.

The house is just 10 minutes walk away from Palmers Green high street and the train station. It is a 11-15 minutes train journey into Finsbury Park.

We have a 1 year old son which lives with us, Mehmed. He sleeps through the night and is quiet.
