Double Room in a stunning newly refurbished flat

Beautiful light double room available for rent situated right in the heart of Palmers Green. With Palmers Green station, a huge Morrisons, high street full of shops plus 2 gyms, broomfield park and more all on your doorstep.

The room comes with a double bed plus mattress, we will also provide you with a brand new mattress protector. You will have access to all communal areas of the flat, which has already been furnished. All bills are included however it is likely to go up next year. Although all bills included if we over spend we need to compensate for that!

We are looking a considerate, tidy, peaceful reliable flat mate who doesn’t mind sharing chores around the house and being a team player! We are very peaceful so do spend a lot of time in our room however we are also very sociable and love a chat with a drink of your choice ;|
